TASKS:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment in the briquette hall
• Ensuring production quality and efficiency in accordance with specifications and regular inspections
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work to ensure machine functionality
• Documenting production data and reporting deviations
• Performing process checks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality standards
• Supporting product testing and documenting the results
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions or deviations in the production process
• Working with colleagues and shift supervisors to optimize production workflows
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed technical or skilled trade vocational training
• Experience in machine operation is an advantage
• Qualification to operate forklift trucks and construction machinery is an advantage and can be obtained internally
• Technical understanding and practical manual skills
• Team spirit, flexibility and willingness to work in a 2- and 3-shift system
• Good written and spoken German skills, at least B2 level. English skills are desirable
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop further
