HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at our Ronneburg location, we are seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will provide strategic and operational support to executives, actively help develop modern HR processes, and contribute to the successful growth of our company with a clear focus on people, organization, and growth.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Strategic and operational consulting for executives on all HR-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle
• Close collaboration with management to implement corporate and HR strategy
• Overseeing the areas of HR marketing, recruiting, applicant management, onboarding, employee support, and professional development with a focus on efficiency and employee retention
• Implementation of modern HR tools and projects related to talent management, leadership development, employer branding, and organizational development
• Support for transformation processes and digitalization in the HR sector
• Analysis of HR metrics, as well as the identification and implementation of appropriate measures
• Trust-based and constructive collaboration with the works council

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field within an industrial setting or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, or in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience working with works councils
• Knowledge of social media and common recruitment strategies
• Strong consulting skills, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor at all organizational levels
• A hands-on approach combined with strategic foresight
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
