Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)
To ensure the reliable operation of our production facilities, we are looking for a plant/industrial/maintenance mechanic (m/f/d) at our Ronneburg site to carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair work and to respond quickly and solution-oriented in the event of malfunctions.
As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.
TASKS:
- Carrying out quality management measures
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the quality management system
- Independently complying with quality assurance requirements
- Performing incoming goods inspections, in-process inspections, final inspections, and analyses of returned or complained-about goods using various analysis and measuring devices
- Evaluating and analyzing inspection results using company-specific ERP systems and MS Office applications, including ensuring proper documentation
- Preparing quality reports
- Monitoring quality assurance procedures
- Monitoring inspection and measuring equipment
- Ensuring proper product labeling
- Handling machines, equipment, tools, and operating resources with due care; informing supervisors in the event of wear or damage
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with work instructions
- Complying with occupational health and safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection regulations
- Assisting in the preparation of product specifications
- Supporting the review of feasibility studies during product development
- Assisting in the preparation of bills of materials
- Taking responsibility for order and cleanliness at the workstation and throughout the entire facility
- Willingness to work in a four-shift system
REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training as a laboratory technician (m/f/d), building materials tester (m/f/d) or materials tester (m/f/d) is desirable; alternatively, completed technical vocational training and additional qualifications as a quality inspector/laboratory technician are desirable
- Experience in quality assurance and laboratory work is desirable
- Experience in handling measuring equipment is desirable
- Experience in evaluating measurement data is desirable
- Experience in using analytical equipment for quality assurance and equipment for testing compressive and tensile strength is an advantage
- Proficiency in using a PC and Office software
- Languages: German, English and Polish are an advantage
- A structured approach to work and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in accordance with work instructions, DIN standards and other relevant standards
