Production employee (m/f/d)

To support our production processes, we are looking for a Production Employee (m/f/d) at our Ronneburg site to operate production equipment, carry out process controls, and actively contribute to ensuring quality, efficiency, and smooth operations.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in flexible areas such as oven, line, packaging, silo, pendulum and binder.
• Ensure production quality and efficiency according to specifications and regular checks.
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work to ensure machine functionality.
• Documenting production data and reporting deviations.
• Carrying out process checks to ensure smooth running and compliance with quality standards.
• Support in carrying out product tests and documenting the results.
• Identifying and reporting faults or deviations in the production process.
• Collaborating with colleagues and shift supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes and quality improvements.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed technical or manual vocational training.
• Experience in operating production machines is an advantage.
• Technical understanding, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to work in 4-shift operation, incl. weekend and public holiday work.
• Good written and spoken German (min. B2), good knowledge of English desirable.
• Willingness for continuous further training and development.
