Operator Automation | Maintenance (m/f/d)

To monitor and ensure trouble-free plant operation, we are looking for an Automation Operator | Maintenance (m/f/d) at our Ronneburg site to operate automated production plants, analyze malfunctions, and implement sustainable solutions in collaboration with the maintenance department.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Operating the automation systems: Monitoring and controlling the automated production systems during the shift, ensuring trouble-free operation.
• Troubleshooting: identifying and resolving faults in the automation systems, working with the shift supervisor and the maintenance department on complex problems.
• Quality control: carrying out quality checks in accordance with specifications, ensuring compliance with production standards.
• Documentation: recording operating data, faults and measures taken in the relevant systems and logs.
• Compliance with safety and hygiene standards: Following all relevant safety, quality and hygiene guidelines while working.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable.
• Experience in the operation of automated production systems, ideally in shift operation.
• Good knowledge of control, measurement and regulation technology as well as basic knowledge of PLC programming.
• Ability to quickly identify and rectify faults, analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
• Fluency in written and spoken German (at least level B2), good knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to work 4 shifts.
