Logistics employee | Forklift driver (m/f/d)

To ensure smooth logistics and loading processes, we are looking for a committed specialist at our Ronneburg site who will be responsible for the proper loading of our products, internal transport, and the safe operation and maintenance of industrial trucks.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Ensuring quality and quantity when loading products in accordance with the delivery bill and reconciliation with the freight documents.
• Creation of delivery bills via the internal ERP system.
• Support with internal transportation tasks and material movements.
• Before using the forklift truck: Check for proper functioning and safety.
• At the end of work: Cleaning the industrial truck and ensuring that it is charged or refueled if necessary.
• Regularly check the forklift battery and fill level in the cells, topping up with distilled water if necessary.
• In the event of faults or malfunctions: Report to supervisor for immediate clarification.
• Ensure constant availability during working hours.
• In the event of imminent danger, initiate immediate measures in the affected area.
• Participate in the creation of work instructions, continuous improvement processes (CIP) and risk assessments.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training.
• Valid forklift license.
• Further training or practical experience in the field of load securing.
• Experience in working with ERP systems.
• Experience and ability to operate wheel loaders.
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to work in 3-shift operation.
• Good written and spoken German (min. B2), good knowledge of English desirable.
• Willingness for continuous further training and development.
