IT Support and Service Specialist (m/f/d)

To ensure stable and service-oriented IT operations, we are looking for an IT Support and Service Specialist (m/f/d) at our Ronneburg site to support internal users, administer IT systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Supporting internal IT users with technical questions and problems (by telephone, e-mail, ticket system or in person).
• Error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware, software and networks.
• Administration of the IT helpdesk (account management, password resets, assignment of rights).
• Support and maintenance of the network and server infrastructure (Exchange, Citrix, file server).
• Administration of telephone systems (installation, voicemail, monitoring).
• Documentation of IT processes and creation of internal IT guidelines.
• Management and maintenance of the IT asset register.
• Identification and implementation of improvements in IT service.
• Supporting IT projects and system rollouts within the division.
• Training and instructing colleagues on the use of IT systems.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT support and IT administration.
• Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks and server and desktop administration.
• Ideally certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Microsoft (AZ-900, SC-900, MS-900), Cisco (CCNA) or ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
