Finance and Controlling Employee (m/f/d)

For the commercial management and further development of our production processes, we are looking for a Finance and Controlling employee (m/f/d) at our Ronneburg site who will perform cost analyses, further develop controlling instruments, and support the specialist departments as a business partner.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Preparation of standard cost rollups, performance of precise variance analyses, and ensuring correct cost allocation.
• Identification and analysis of deviations between target and actual values, clarification of discrepancies and differences that arise, proposal and coordination of necessary corrections.
• Examination of production processes, identification of potential for cost reduction and optimization, derivation of concrete recommendations for action, and follow-up on their implementation.
• Collaboration in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of inventories.
• Support for financial accounting, e.g., posting business transactions, payment runs and dunning, account reconciliation, and master data maintenance.
• Assistance in compiling various statistics, evaluations, and other financial accounting tasks as part of our day-to-day business.
• Act as a business partner for cost center managers and department heads by providing support in financial matters.
• Development and maintenance of modern controlling tools and reports for optimal management of our dynamic production environment.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• You have a degree in economics with a focus on finance or controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in finance and/or controlling.
• You have very good knowledge of Office tools and ERP systems, especially SAP FI/CO (preferably experience with PP/MM).
• You have a strong understanding of numbers and are interested in production processes.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
