Automation technician (m/f/d)

To ensure the availability and performance of our machines and systems, we are looking for an automation technician (m/f/d) at our Ronneburg site to analyze malfunctions, implement preventive maintenance, and support technical optimization projects.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Ensuring the availability of machines and systems
• Independently carrying out fault analyses and rectifying faults
• Ensuring preventive maintenance
• Supporting the planning and implementation of shutdowns and major repairs
• Participating in project teams for process optimization
• Supporting external companies in the field of automation
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace
• Supporting the procurement of spare parts and work equipment in cooperation with the purchasing department

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for automation technology or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of control technology (TIA, Kuka, frequency converters)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience in using maintenance planning tools
• Good knowledge of network technology is an advantage
• Confident use of Windows and MS Office
• Language skills: German at least B2 level, English C1 an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Willingness to work in shifts
