Production shift employee (m/f/d)

To support our production processes, we are looking for a Production Employee (m/f/d) at our Ronneburg site to operate production equipment, carry out process controls, and actively contribute to ensuring quality, efficiency, and smooth operations.

As a medium-sized company and part of the international Kingspan Group, we want to continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for dedicated support for our Ronneburg site as soon as possible.

TASKS:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in flexible areas such as oven, line, packaging, silo, pendulum and binder.
• Personnel Management: Leading and motivating a team of 15–25 employees. Conducting training and briefings on workplace safety and production processes.
• Process control: Monitoring and controlling production parameters, coordinating staff deployment, and optimizing production processes.
• Reporting: Regular reporting to production management on shift performance and production metrics.
• Team collaboration: Participation in quality circles and continuous improvement (CIP) working groups, and close collaboration with other departments such as maintenance and quality assurance.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed technical training (e.g., master, technician) or comparable qualification
• Experience in a production environment and in leading teams in a 4-shift system
• In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and process optimization.
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to motivate employees and resolve conflicts; high resilience and flexibility
• Good written and spoken German (min. B2), good knowledge of English
• Willingness for continuous further training and development.
